Bob resides in Vassalboro, Maine and is President/CEO of a company that supplies reagents to companies in the medical diagnostic field. Started playing bass guitar while in college but stopped after getting married and having three kids. After the kids grew older Bob picked up the bass again and has been steadily playing for 15 years. Bob has played with the Mason Dixon Band, The 45's, Key'd Up and has subbed with many other bands. Bob has been playing with Nasty Habits for almost two years. Plays Fender bass guitars, Peavy head with a Genz Benz 2x10 bottom speaker, and on occassion a Trace-Elliott combo with a Gallen-Kreuger head and a 1x15 Peavy bottom speaker.
Born in Augusta, Maine. Roland began playing the guitar in 1972 and was in a local high school band called Obsidian playing rock 'n' roll. Graduated from Cony High School in 1973 and attended UMA for a short time studying art. Operated a DJ service under the name "Rock 'n' Roland" from 1978-1998. In 2002 Roland started a classic rock band originally called "The Big Cat Daddies". After several band member changes the band changed its name to "Nasty Habits". Roland plays an Ibanez acoustic/electric guitar and also a Fender Stratocaster through a Fender FM212R amplifier. Roland is also the lead vocalist for the band. Now also operating RokPods Professional Mobile DJ Service.

Born in Aroostook County. Steve started playing the guitar at age 9. Has played with some great local talent and has been in a few local bands, playing classic rock, country, oldies, and 6 years of heartfelt gutbucket blues with the one and only "MASON DIXON BAND". Steve has been with "NASTY HABITS" for five years now and besides playing lead guitar and singing an occassional harmony, also does the majority of the booking and managing. Also fills in with other bands occassionally and loves a good acoustic gig now and then, and has been dabbling in slide guitar. Steve plays a modified special edition gold Mexican stratocaster named "GOLDILOCKS" and a modified Mexican Fiesta Red 50`s Strat into Crate V-50 tube amp, through a Frankenstein science project pedalboard (designed by pedalracks). Also plays a sweet mahogany D-15 Martin acoustic guitar. Loves family time, animals, motorcycles, and anything involving guitars.
Terry Sturtevant: drums
Born in Lewiston, Maine and grew up in the Livermore Falls area. Received a diploma in auto tech as a mechanic in 1981 but spend most adult years working in auto body shops as either an employee or self-employed. Currently self-employed with S&D Properties with property maintenance and investments and also a part time employee with L.L. Bean.
The first drum kit came in 1973; a Sears kit as a Christmas present. Took a few lessons in 1975 and began playing soon after in his dad's band "The New Country Swingers" on week-ends while in high school. Spent nearly 10 years playing with the band "Steve and the Good Ole Boys" also with his dad through the 80's. Got into classic rock in the early 90's with the "Time Drifters" from the Wilton/Farmington area, as well as playing at many open jams. Able to pick up a bass and fill in as needed, and can be caught picking away on a 12 string acoustic Yamaha at home. Previously owned Slingerland and Ludwig kits, currently playing a kit from Taye, a relatively obscure but quality kit made in California.
